Adrian Borroto Cabrero is responsible for the commercial account data. Privacy requests can be sent to soporte@mimetor.com.

Data and purposes

The service stores account email, password hash, orders, payment references, licenses, entitlements, device hashes, email delivery state and security audit records to provide the account and contract, fulfil purchases, prevent fraud, support customers and meet legal obligations. For reinstall recovery, the app sends only a MIMETOR-scoped hash of the firmware system UUID; the raw UUID is never sent or stored. Passwords, payment card data and Stripe secrets are never stored as plaintext business data.

For community submissions, MIMETOR stores the public author name, item metadata, repository URL, immutable commit, moderation state and audit records. Approved entries display the public author name. If the account is deleted, unpublished submissions are withdrawn and published entries may remain with the author name anonymized to preserve catalog integrity.

Legal bases, recipients and retention

Processing is based on performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate security interests. Stripe processes payments, while Hostinger infrastructure hosts the service and transactional email. Data is kept only for the account and contractual relationship and for any longer period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal rules.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Identity may be verified before acting on a request.
