Terms of purchase and use

What is sold

A MIMETOR bridge license is a perpetual right to activate the selected bridge software on one device, subject to these terms. It includes updates released during the stated update period. It does not include external provider accounts, subscriptions, API credits or service availability.

Price, payment and delivery

The total price is displayed in EUR with applicable taxes included before the order is placed. Stripe processes payment. Digital delivery and license activation begin only after a signed Stripe event confirms payment. The customer receives confirmation at the account email address.

Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

Before payment, the customer must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect that delivery may have on the statutory withdrawal right. The applicable details are set out in the digital-content withdrawal notice.

Upgrades, refunds and disputes

An upgrade costs the destination combination price minus the server-side value of the active combination. Refunds, chargebacks or payment disputes may revoke only the entitlements originating in the affected order, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Support and applicable rules

Support is available at soporte@mimetor.com. The stated jurisdiction is España, subject always to any mandatory law and consumer forum that applies to the customer.

Community catalog

Users may submit metadata and an immutable GitHub commit for a Plugin, Skill or MCP template. The submitter must have the right to publish it and must not include credentials, personal data or malicious code. Submissions are moderated before publication and may be rejected, suspended or withdrawn. Approval does not make third-party code part of MIMETOR or guarantee that it is safe or suitable; installation remains an explicit user decision.
