Digital-content withdrawal

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, its ordinary period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may cease once performance begins after the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right may consequently be lost.

Before delivery begins, or whenever mandatory law preserves the right, contact soporte@mimetor.com and identify the order. Opening a success page alone does not activate a license; fulfilment begins only after payment is confirmed.
